Mike Awadalla of Care Patrol was very helpful. I appreciate his kind and easy-going manner. Getting a parent into long-term care is a complicated and stressful process, but Mike had excellent suggestions and helped me get my father into a facility that meets our needs.

Suzy Mueller reached out to me just when I needed her to. She was caring, compassionate, and focused on helping our situation. We needed to have help with the placement of a neighbor that I am the proxy health care provider. She guided my wife and me through the options and choices that we had. At first, we thought that we had the luxury of several months to get the job done in the location of assisted living. Unfortunately, reality set in when the facility that our neighbor was is indicated the move was going to have to take place in two days. Suzy secured us a Saturday appointment with the director of a terrific facility Atrium at Liberty Square and we put the whole plan in place and moved a new resident in that Sunday. Thank you Suzy and thank you Care Patrol. You saved the day for us.

Jena was an awesome resource! She did a great job of doing an assessment of our needs and wants and provided us with great options. She also answered all our questions in a very timely manner. Jena worked with the facilities we were interested in and set up virtual walk throughs. Thank you Jena!

I had exceptional assistance, guidance, and support from the person I worked with at Care Patrol... and most of that came under the challenges of Covid. My representative was there for me at all times, promptly responding to my questions, concerns, or inquiries. Because I was looking for assisted living for my mother in my home town, I thought I was familiar with most of the facilities and nuances of assisted living. I quickly found out how much I still had to learn. My representative was profoundly knowledgable about every facility (even about their subtleties) and had close connections and contacts at each place, allowing speedy access to additional information. I could not possibly have navigated all of this without my representative's assistance. My mother is now comfortably settled in a wonderful community and I have gained a very dear friend.

Marty Burkhart was extremely helpful in this transition for my 94 year old neighbor. He was very knowledgeable and applied his expertise to help Mr. Larimore go to the best available source. His compatibility to work with the family's in this line of work has been very beneficial. Thank you for letting me get to know him in this capacity.
