I worked with Marta who was incredibly flexible with me since I had to reschedule several times. She asked a series of qualifying questions and was able to show me two options that we were both a very good fit for my mother.

Jenny was a tremendous help in finding an assisted living facility for my 93 year old mother. We toured many places - which she set the visits up - and it really helped to view each one of them and get a feel for the place. She has much insite into the Holland area facilities. It would have been very hard to discern on my own which one to go with. Jenny had great advice and is always there when needed!

We don't know what we would have done without the help of Michele Woodring! She has been so helpful throughout the hole process. And is still checking in and making sure everything is going well. I would recommend your service, and Michele very highly!

Max was really helpful with finding a place for my Mom. Due to her particular requirements I was not finding any place that would suit her needs on my own. Max was able to find a place quickly that is perfect for her. I highly recommend Max and CarePatrol.
