We worked with Melanie Lockerby with Care Patrol in Grand Rapids MI to find my step father an assisted living facility that met a variety of very specific personal needs. Melanie has a great insight into the psychology of aging as well as the physical needs that change almost daily. Care Patrol's streamlined management of this problem allowed us to focus on all the familial issues and greatly relieved the effort it takes to find that perfect facility. I can highly recommend this great service.
