I was fortunate enough to be referred to Shane at CarePatrol by another Memory Care facility that could not accommodate my wife's needs. Shane was very understanding and took the time and effort to find out what her special circumstances were and to recommend a care facility that fit her needs. She spent a lot of time getting all the details of the move from hospital to the care facility that my wife now calls home. I had no idea of what questions to ask or even where to start looking and if it wasn't for Shane I would probably still be searching and stumbling along. She provided a great service and was very knowledgeable about the services available locally.
