Before I was introduced to Care Patrol, I had no idea a service like this existed. A friend of mine was no longer able to care for herself without some help after a stay in the hospital and rehab. They found an Assisted Living place for her, found someone to clean out her condo and move some things to her new place and sell what she could not move or use. They provide resources and contacts to help the transition. Such a great resource which I will use if the need arises.

My family and I were blessed to learn about Care Patrol. They have been very professional and have given excellent customer service to us. Thank God for Paula Sotir she is an Angel. A wealth of information and services we had never heard of.

Beth was a lifesaver for us. She was so dedicated to finding our friend a place to live, and when one option was no longer viable she found us another community immediately.. She made all the connections for us, and all we had to do was move him in. He is happy where he lives,and we are SO thankful for Beth’s assistance!

I only recently became aware of CarePatrol when working on discharge plans for one of my patients. After having been in Case Management for over 10 years, I can attest to the fact that there are multiple hurdles in the discharge planning process that we face on a daily basis. Deb and CarePatrol have been a welcome breath of fresh air in helping find safe, appropriate discharge options for our patients and she is always SO helpful and willing to go above to do whatever necessary to make things happen. So glad to have found them!

I fortunately came in contact with the Care Patrol team, when working to relocate a family member, to a new Care Facility. The Care Patrol Team, was readily available and very responsive from the beginning, and through the entire process. (sometimes even periodically on weekends or evenings, if needed) The knowledge they provided, and work & coordination they did, in setting up calls with appropriate quality facilities, was terrific, and provided great support at what was a very challenging and busy time for me. As a result of this good work, my family member is now living in a great new facility! The quality work, genuine commitment & dedication, industry knowledge, and the consistent communication & follow-up, provided by my primary contact, and the Care Patrol team was invaluable! I was fortunate I enlisted the assistance & support of the Care Patrol team, and our work ended with positive results. Thanks!

Care Patrol was excellent finding the right placement for our loved one. Answered all questioned, replied to messages promptly. Care Patrol made the whole process of finding the correct placement a much easier process. Would highly recommend their services!

Cilla Buck was FANTASTIC! I reached out to her with my situation with my mom and she immediately gathered all the information she needed to set up virtual tours of the facilities that met both my mom's and my criteria. Her attentiveness and support are invaluable. My mom is in a facility now that Cilla was able to show me and Cill stills follows up to see how she is doing. HIGHLY RECOMMEND HER SERVICE!
