I have worked with Care Patrol in the past and found the service to be excellent. I needed to move my mother to a residence with a more medical model. This time my contact is retiring and the new contact came to meet me along with my previous one. I was very happy not only with their assistance in placing my mother but also with the interest the new contact showed in coming in person to help to set things up. He took a active roll in the interview and I now have a smooth transition to this new person should I require his services in the future.

Care Patrol has been an incredible resource during the shift from rehab to assisted living for my 84 yr old mother; found a wonderful assisted living facility nearby with an awesome staff. Also was able to find additional resources like spouse of a veteran benefits which we did not know about until CarePatrol. Highly recommend if you need help navigating the options for elder care. Great community resource!

Excellent service! Visited with myself and my mother months ahead of the necessity of moving to assisted living providing in-depth options for us to think about. When the time came my mother was helped with the transition and CarePatrol followed her throughout the process making an already stressful event much less so. Personal service and constant availability....highly recommend!

I was referred to this service by our case manager at the hospital for my failing Dad. Barbara worked quickly to find a group home for my father within minutes of calling her. With Covid, it was difficult to find availability, but Barbara did and within a reasonable distance from my home. She set up an appointment later that day to meet me at the group home and was a wonderful support. This service was truly a God-send. Thank you!
