My mother has a limited fixed income but they were able to find her a suitable, affordable, and safe home. I really appreciated their efforts and compassion throughout the process.

Barb was very knowledgeable of the community and was able to find me an assisted living facility that fit my needs. I also received constant, relevant information from her. If I had any questions, they were answered in a timely manner. I enjoyed working with Barb and would recommend her to meet your senior needs.

Paula was great. She fought very hard for my family member At times she was met with circumstances that she didn’t create, nevertheless, she handled it with professionalism. I would certainly use Care Patrols services again and recommend to others.

Overall the experience was positive. Kevin was very helpful. I just wasn't familiar with care patrol prior to this so I didn't have anything to compare it to.

Care Patrol services were great. HOME that agreed and cashed my deposit check, did not accept my mother. After I hired moving company 200.00 gone. ARRANGED for transportation. Got a denial text 8pm day b4 mother was discharged from Rehab facility. Called carepatrol. Lee corrected immediately. Got my mother placed immediately. The service was wonderful and very helpful. Sandi Wake was my agent. The only thing that was of concern was one of the homes that was recommended. I had a trusted source and family tell me not to go to that facility due to mistreatment of family members and residents. When I mentioned the facility to family members they both said DO NOT send him there. It would be of benefit to CP and their clients to really research the facility and get feedback from residents and family members before recommending them.

Great recommendations and good followup. I only wish they could provide a bit more insight into feedback/quality of care provided by the homes they recommend.
