Bill was very helpful. He worked with mom and my cousin to find a good home for mom. I did much of this by phone since Covid and he knew my mom. I finally came to Arizona and met him. He did everything expected.

I was not aware of care patrol until my wife's boss gave me all the information. I got in touch with care patrol on a Monday and was informed that I will be working with Kristen. I talked to Kristen and told her what was going on with my mom and she gave me some questions to ask the nursing home where my mom was at.I gave Kristen the information that she needed and she went to work to find my mom the best place that was suited for her. It only took a couple days and she had found a couple places for us to view and needless to say we ended up finding a very nice place for my mom for assisted living. If you are in need of help looking for a senior complex for your parents, I would just calling care patrol they were fantastic and I can't think them enough for all their hard work and dedication. Totally outstanding and blew my mind. They made a bad situation good by helping me find care for my mom. Thank you again Kristen for all your hard work

I consulted with Care Patrol to help me locate an appropriate assisted living for my Mother. We were under time constraints given she was in the hospital acute rehab and needed care at discharge. While I am in the field and have knowledge related to how to check survey results and ratings it was reassuring to have Care Patrol along with me and providing support during a stressful time.
