I actually received a recommendation to contact Eric from someone I know in California. Eric put a lot of time into listening to me, and trying to understand the condition and need of my mother. He set up appointments to visit 3 facilities. My wife and I both selected the same facility without having to debate or even discuss the matter. The choice was that clear. But Eric didn't stop assisting us once we wrote a check to the facility we selected. He sent a link for a person who can help us get a captioned telephone because my mother is extremely deaf. He continues to check in to make sure my mother's transition into a new facility goes smoothly. My experience has been so positive that I have recommended his services to physicians and our Church.
