We had an unexpected & quick situation where we had to place a family member in an ALF. We were pressured from hospital staff on a Sunday afternoon that we needed to find placement as soon as possible because they were going to discharge our family member and if we didn't find placement quickly, it could become a problem. They put in a referral to CarePatrol and on Monday morning CarePatrol was in touch with us. Under the circumstances, they immediately made a representative available and by the end of Tuesday afternoon, we had toured facilities and been given valuable information, and we decided on an ALF. They took care of everything, including follow-up with the facilities we visited, so we didn't have to deal with it. We highly recommend this agency!

We needed help finding a care home for my mom who was was living in a large community with very advanced Alzheimer’s residents, and she did not belong there. We worked with Reza Mir, who worked tirelessly with us, listening to what we needed in a home, paid attention to every detail and never gave up. We had a lot of conditions to meet that were quite challenging, but he kept looking and finding locations for us to consider. He made us feel like we were his top priority, was so understanding, compassionate, always available, quick to respond to questions, give industry advice, generous with his time and so kind. He became a trusted advisor and found the absolute perfect place for my mom. She has moved into her forever home and is incredibly happy now. I can’t begin to thank Reza enough for his never-give-up attitude, his compassion, kindness and excellent work ethic, demonstrating his motto of “my job is not finished until your mom is happy” to the very end. Reza gave us hope that life could be better for my mom, and he proved that to be true. Thank you Reza for your hard work and dedication, and for being so instrumental in changing our lives!
