Susan and her team were very helpful to sorting through housing options for my mother. I was overwhelmed with calls from potential home providers. Finding one qualified to assist in caring for those with Dementia was another matter. Susan and her team were able to narrow the playing field and find a placement of care AND in a timely fashion. The caring attitude, expeditious and professionalism exhibited was OUTSTANDING! Our CarePatrol advocate explained the how the service worked, interviewed my parents, and provided 3 great recommendations to choose from. She was honest about what to expect from the residences and provided rough estimates of monthly rent at each location. She set up all the tours and was with us every step of the way. Rob helped my wife and I find the ideal facility for my wife's mom. After coming for a visit, she unexpectedly went to a hospital and then a rehabilitation hospital. After rehabilitation she needed a supervised care facility. Rob found a facility that was close to our home and was within budget. He also helped us with some related issues.
