I was so happy to find CarePatrol to help navigate the process of assisted living for my father. Jodie was wonderful, very knowledgeable and kind. She was always available and answered all our questions and informed us on issues we had not thought to ask. She set up video tours with the facilities and made process less stressful. I am very grateful for her kindness and expertise.

I live a thousand miles away, and could not have have been able to persuade my increasingly forgetful sister to accept assisted living without her. Mary Ellen has worked through my sister's problems with empathy, tact and gentle guidance. She has kept me up to date by telephone and email, so that we could discuss each new situation factually and then decide on next steps in a professional and caring manner.

Jamie Jolie and Care Patrol of Charlotte made the transition of my mother in law to an assisted living facility truly seamless. Mr. Jolie is experienced, patient, thorough and knowledgeable, and was extremely helpful throughout the process. His passion for his work is apparent and he was an absolute pleasure to work with. The hospital staff at both facilities all knew Jamie and expressed their trust in him as well. Mr. Jolie is a true professional, and I would highly recommend his services and Care Patrol of Charlotte.
