My brother and I were in search of in-home or a memory care facility for our father. After a very detail conversation about our needs and wants, Care Patrol was able whittle the myriad of possibilities down to just four — two in-home providers and two memory care facilities. We were able to interview all four and all were very valid options. Focusing our search to only four was extremely helpful. We settled on a memory care facility in only a few weeks (I personally was coming from out-of-town) and so far are quite pleased. Care Patrol was attentive, interested and available throughout the process but also willing to give us time as we needed it.
