Good work in finding a place for us.

Due to a family emergency, I had to find quality care for my senior parents very quickly. The representative was knowledgeable about facilities in my area. She saved me time by helping me narrow my search and also advising me on facilities that were full with a waiting list. I worked with a similar service several years ago but discovered that the rep I was working with was out of state. It was so helpful to have someone who lives locally, knows the area, actually tours the facilities, and knows the quality of care provided by each residence. Her support in my time of crisis was invaluable. Thank you.

You were very responsive to phone calls and emails, answering every question and when you couldn't answer you put me in touch with someone who could. Ruthie from CarePatrol in Mokena moved mountains for us in a days time! She went above and beyond to get my mother in law in home 24/7 care with a days notice when she was released earlier than expected. She helped guide us and get thing lined up quickly for a quick and smooth transition home! Kari West was a wonderful guide through our family's process of finding the right living situation for our 95 year old father. She took the time to learn about our dad in order to assess the right type of facility for him. She was able to set up several in-person visits for us and helped us weigh the pros and cons of the various options. In addition, Kari helped us navigate and negotiate the cost and pricing. Our dad has been in his new "home" for about two months, and we are very happy with our choice; I'm not sure we would have found it without Kari. Plus, she's a lot of fun to work with!

Bruce Lopes did an excellent job assisting us getting long term assisted care set up for my mother. He understood my mother’s needs and her financial situation and gave us several options. He is very knowledgeable about the services available for the elderly and is compassionate in dealing with them. If Bruce doesn’t know the answer (which was rare), he knew who to contact.
