I got the referral when my father was in the hospital. The thing I liked about CarePatrol was that the people are local and have worked with the places I wanted to see. You actually got to see a person and sit with them and go through options. Meda was great. She set up the appointments and came to the tours. Even though we didn’t get anything right away we knew where we were going when we were ready.

Care Patrol was very professional and personal. I needed something quickly and we discussed what I needed and they responded quickly. I was pleased with their recommendations and it worked out satisfactorily for us.

I’m from out of state and had no idea where to start. Sandy and Sanford were wonderful! He took us to visit several assisted living facilities and both were very knowledgeable to guide us making our decisions. Thanks to all of you!

I was in a very nervous state when Bruce visited and I had the assumption he would help me complete this process of placing my husband in a Memory care center and following thru on the experience of getting ade from the VA.This was a disappointment and I feel he should have been more straight forward with that part of the meeting. It is a great program other wise and Bruce is a super representative for Care Patrol. Sincerely Sue Garman
