My sister needed an assisted living home a year ago. Barbara Nabors helped us find one that fit her needs. Then Covid hit. The state of Florida closed the assisted living homes on the day my sister was set to move in. She did ok at her own home for a while based on a new diagnosis & medicine. Then she started having serious health issues & again needed assisted living. Because she already knew my sister, Barbara was able to quickly identify a perfect match & got her a placement within a week! The family is very grateful to Barbara for her expertise & guidance. We are pleased with Grand Villa. Most importantly my sister is happy in her new home.

Their services were so helpful during a very stressful time in our lives. Trying to seek the appropriate care for an aged loved one can be very scary. But CarePatrol listened to our needs and did all the leg work needed to find the right place for my father-in-law. Their no pressure approach was very much appreciated.

I can't say enough wonderful things about Care Patrol and specifically Mary Ann Pickell. Mary Ann listened and guided us through one of the most difficult times in my family's life. Between dealing with my Mom's sudden illness and my Dad needing to go into Memory Care partnered with COVID and the fact that I live in another state, I didn't even know where to begin. Temporarily relocating for 3 months to care for my parents wasn't easy but Mary Ann broke things down and took me through this process step by step and introducing programs and services I wouldn't have known anything about. She did this all with understanding, concern, kindness and a genuine care for people she was only able to get to know over the phone. I will be forever grateful for my ANGEL ON EARTH! I live in Virginia and my father lives in Florida and I cannot travel due to being a high risk for COVID. My stepmother passed before Christmas and my father had to be moved to an assisted living facility and I had no idea how to find a place for my dad. The VA referred me to Care Patrol and I am grateful that they pointed me in that direction. I would highly recommend Care Patrol to anyone who needs assistance finding help for their loved ones.
