Petri Perciavalle and Denise Waters of Care Patrol were truly a Godsend for me at a very difficult time. My husband was in a Memory Care Facility and desperately needed to be moved due to not getting the proper care. Petri took the lead and met me at the facility and was just truly a blessing to have met. She answered all of my concerns and questions and was always available if I needed to call her. I can NOT tell you have grateful I am that I made that call to Care Patrol. I highly recommend them!!!

I worked with Reza Mir from Care Patrol on identifying placement options for both of my parents. Given the challenges of COVID-19, Reza spent a lot of time educating me about different placement options and the pros and cons of each type of placement. We worked together to navigate cultural issues and the unique challenges of both my parents' care. Reza was very responsive via email and made himself available based on my work schedule. I am very appreciative of all the time he spent with me about my concerns. In Reza, I found a true collaborator and partner in finding excellent care and placement for my parents. Reza's personal touches and visits after with my parents really demonstrated how much he cared about making sure we found the right fit. Thank you!
