I can not express enough appreciation for all the help that Christine Sinacola provided me when I began to deal with an ageing parent. Riding the emotions of watching someone you love becoming unable to care for themselves and having to deal with all the finances is a perfect storm of stress and confusion. To get through it, what you need is someone that can counsel with impartiality and empathy. This is what Christine did for me. Given her experience she was able to reassure me that I was not alone. After getting me to a good place she was able to analyze my family’s needs and make suggestions on how we should proceed. Most importantly she guided me through the proper steps on how to find an alternative living arrangement. The situation is as good as it can be now, and I am grateful that Christine was there for my family.

Unlike the national resources, they are local experts, and after screening clients for needs, they recommend local places that might be a good fit. They help schedule tours, provide insight regarding past client satisfaction, and are a wealth of knowledge about their service area. I received referrals to facilities that the national referral service did not make me aware of. Overall, CarePatrol is a great resource, and will help families in any way possible to make the best decision for their loved one(s).
