I received a pamphlet for CarePatrol when my mother was in the hospital and the case worker said they were honest and helpful. I was matched with Sara based on my part of the city. On our first call, she asked a lot of questions and got a lot of information about my moms situation. In addition, she referred me to another company to help with VA benefits. Sara was quick to respond to voicemail and email questions I had and provided great followup. I was hopeful to find a smaller community with more personalized service and Sara found a few. I doubt I would have found them on my own. She was able to arrange video visits and helped match us with a home. Sara saved me so much time and effort which is very appreciated as I was very stressed working a full time job and trying to arrange memory care with the proper services. I can't thank Sara and CarePatrol enough. I appreciate that Sara does not work on commission so she is not swayed by a bonus offered by the care facility, this is a big plus.
