Gary worked with us to find the best solution for our situation which was a challenging one since I could not be there and was making decisions remotely for my mother.

Overall service was great, the account rep was very helpful and thoughtful. A few of the review sheets on assisted living locations had errors on pricing even though were labeled as current. Not a big issue and the client rep was able to correct it after my visits to the locations.

Very pleased with the services.
