This is Aetna's pharmacy… not Caremark.
I am covered by Aetna Medicare insurance (a CVS subsidiary). I recently transferred all my prescriptions to the CVS Caremark Mail-Order Pharmacy because it is becoming difficult for me to get to my local pharmacy. Alas, not all of my prescriptions are covered on Aetna's formulary, and Caremark will not fill off-formulary prescriptions. So I still need to find a way to get to my local pharmacy. So what is the point of mail order? Aetna needs to be an insurance company. Caremark needs to be a pharmacy. The two should not be conflated.
