It is so hard to speak to a representative get one that understand what you’re saying, and one that you can understand what they saying sometimes they be trying to not hear what you saying and push other stuff in front of what you trying to say this is not fair, us American people need somebody that can speak better English my first experience didn’t go well at all. It took me so long to get paid. I was afraid I wasn’t going to get paid. It was just too much back-and-forth. But I love working with my client so we’ll see how it goes

Caring for family very persistent

This is a scam. It's been 3 weeks and I never heard back. I asked for a refund of the $35 and they said no refunds. They will ask you to pay the $35 upfront, then they say they will find a care giver, which never happens.

These people are great people at CareLinx. It's definitely not just an app it's a foundation to stand on and great support!!

My caregiver is wonderful, kind and understanding.
