I used CareLinx to hire a caregiver to pick me up from a hospital medical procedure. Communication with the caregiver was excellent and provided a stress-free experience, I would hire CareLinx again for future needs. The site was a bit confusing to navigate at first, but communication was very good once I had signed up and established contact with the care coordinator.

Trying to get someone on the weekend is a bust. When receiving messages they do not state were the job is located and you receive multiple messages for the same job. When something happens with a client you have to go through and report to several people instead of just one person to get the problem solved so you are repeating yourself several times. When old clients are looking for a new caregiver or a sub. the company does not check on your status unless the client ask. Clients are not billed when giving less then an hour notice when they do not need you.

It is an unusual system and doesn’t really give the ability to legitimize oneself or other caregivers.
