The training was very good and the contacts are very responsive to questions.

Like the fact that carelinx encourages caregivers to take courses to improve skills.

All went well with the first appointment. The next veteran appointment did not go so well. The client said he got signed in ok, but after that, he talked to a person who asked him to hold. I understood him to say he was asked to hold several times. He never got to talk to whom he was supposed to see. He left, not looking very happy. I apologized to him for any problems he may have experienced.

I love the program.

Worked for a client March 26 have not gotten paid as yet I’ve made six phone calls and sent four messages to CareLinx about this issue and it is yet to be resolved. I worked March 26 from 10 AM to 7 PM

This app is great and all the perks are amazing! I got hired my first day on the app and I got to set my pay rate and choose what client I wanted to work for!

Carelinx agency it’s so hard to pay the CNAs!and it’s also hard to get a hold with them ! As well paying employee referrals!
