Overall this is a good company to work with/through. Some glitches in their automation/database yet always someone to answer the phone when calling in with website problems. No wasted time with useless calls/emails from potential clients. The company gives us the freedom to write our profile, get background checks, and set our fees and schedules. Everything about Carelinx was amazing! The only thing I would like to add was maybe a little more communication between advisor and myself at the start , where I was not familiar with the order in how things happen and what was next. I would have liked to know that upfront so I would know what to expect. Everything else was perfect! Excellent company.

This company lied on me and deactivated my account. I didn’t even work for them the last 3 weeks. They fired me for no reason. I think it’s because I said I got hurt. Or because they ran another background check on me with out my consent. Or it may be because of my race. One of them did mention my race which makes me feel they are racist!!! They say that your client hires and fires you. So why did they let me go?! I didn’t steal, cheat or hurt anyone a reason to get fired. I did nothing at all! I will have a law suit filed. Defamation of character and racism. India Sacramento California there is not multiple accounts I didn’t even give you my last name. I was told because I left a client in the middle of a shift now it’s multiple accounts. I had a different account a while back that I forgot the pass code as you can see only one was active. Please call me to discuss the issue I never even got to speak with anyone. I telling you I was discriminated against. The employer that I didn’t want to go back to was very racist towards me.
