The first time I used the site, it was pretty good. Then I didn't need caregivers anymore for some period of time. When I try to find caregivers again with different requirements, it's really confusing how to submit the new posting.

The care giver was lovely, but the arrangements for payment were unexpected. I thought i was going through an agency but in reality, I was paying for an independent contractor. The was never explained to me or was not clear.

Awesome place to work with and your very independent. The only thing is that it's very difficult to reach the office in regards to someone to validate that you work with them.

Ke... from Brooklyn took the job to care for a patient. I was not happy after she solicited work for her cousin ....Raq....l from New Jersey. This is a scam. HHAs signed up on the platform then promoting trheir own business/micromanagement.

My fellow colleagues and I have been waiting to get paid for weeks now. All the paperwork has been submitted as requested. The work shifts have been done and still no pay. When we communicate with the company, they send a generic text message saying the same thing, word for word. Employees get no answers, no pay, yet they want us to work hard for them with professionalism. But we get ZERO professionalism back.

Received a phone call in April that a position would be available immediately for a new program that was coming to my area. I was hired passed background and drug test in May. Was excited and anxious to begin the new position. Received a email, last week that the program was no longer coming to my area. Not even a phone call explaining anything. Three months I waited for this position when I could have been looking elsewhere.
