I have had the worst time trying to get…communication
I have had the worst time trying to get care for my mother through this company. I made many calls to my Navigator and he has never returned my calls. I asked for a new Navigator and yet again have never received a call or an email. We are so desperate for help in the home and have this paid for benefit through her insurance and cannot access it! I would imagine they provide good care but at this point, I don't think we'll ever know.

CareLinx NEEDS A public transportation…
CareLinx NEEDS A public transportation MAP! You guys are sending me jobs that are in Bolingbrook, Arlington Heights, Dolton, and practicality Wisconsin. I live in Chicago, not near or around the suburbs. Even though CareLinx has Uber and Lyft, how many people are really going to pay for a Nurses travel expenses? I’m constantly on public transportation, aren’t there jobs near me that are easier to find?
