Easy to use. I was able to check out multiple interesting candidates and found a wonderful fit for my wife and myself. They also provided support, and the hiring process was painless.

I was able to funds a caretaker for my mother quickly which gave us great peace of mind!

After signing up to find caregivers for my mother, I was assigned two different care advisers. I left two messages with the first adviser and never received a response. After calling the 800 number two times, the second advisor called me and helped create a job post and said that I could text her any time. It's been over 6 weeks and I have not received any replies to my job post. I sent messages to five caregivers, suggested by the website. Three of the five never responded. One responded that it was too far to travel and one responded that they didn't have any availability. When I attempted to send a message to a sixth caregiver, it blocked me and indicated that I needed to either provide a credit card or contact my advisor. I sent my advisor a text message, over two weeks ago, and have not heard back from her. Two weeks ago I found a competitor website and have hired two caregivers for my mom through them :)

What more can I say after giving a 5 star review and rating for CareLinx. I speak to Jhonnie most of the time when I need assistance with anything. He gets right back to me. He is an awesome person. When I turn my timesheet in he ask if I remember how to submit my time. Such a wonderful company to work for. CARELINX YOU ROCK!!!!

The site is really easy to navigate and the company is great to work for. I love the learning platform and how they move smoothly from each training. Their phone app makes work much easier when taking care of clients.
