I joined Career Evolved after being unexpectedly laid off and feeling uncertain about my next step. I watched a mindset video from Olivia and quickly realized I needed to rebuild confidence, take ownership of my journey, and move forward with clarity and purpose. Olivia provides strong leadership, thoughtful guidance, and a valuable curriculum. Ryan’s support throughout the program helped me stay focused and trust the process. The biggest lesson I learned was to lead with honesty, self-awareness, and confidence in my value. The time between roles became an opportunity to grow, both professionally and personally. I was able to do this while gaining clarity on my goals and sharpening my job-search strategy. Career Evolved helped me articulate my value, present myself more effectively in the market, and approach leadership opportunities with confidence. Through the program, I ultimately secured multiple offers and landed the role that felt like the right next step for me. I am so thankful for this organization and could not recommend enough!

High-performing professionals who are looking to evolve in their career should consider this program. Similar to top athletes who want an edge and career breakthrough, Olivia and Ryan are 100% game-changers. Unlike many coaching programs that focus on tactics, Career Evolved takes a unique approach to position mid-level-to-C-suite individuals distinctively and with a competitive edge, in any market.

Career Evolved’s services transformed the way I view myself as a leader which was immensely helpful in my day to day career success as well as career advancement.

Career Evolved is more than just a program to help you in your job search. It is a COMMUNITY. The program itself made me participate in some serious introspection and face my self-limiting behaviors. It changed my mindset and approach to the job search. There is so much from this program that I will take with me for the rest of my life and in other aspects of my life. Olivia and Ryan both challenged me to assess my self-limiting behaviors, mindset, and approach. They also made me realize that I needed to detach myself from the results of applications I submitted because "what is for me, IS for me!" I leaned on the community for inspiration, when I had no energy and doubted myself. Andrea was instrumental in me turning my doubts and low energy around to focus on being my authentic self and realizing I have a lot to offer any organization. It wasn't easy and it required a lot of work and introspection, but it was WORTH IT. I'm so glad I AM a part of this program. Thanks to everyone in the CE community, especially Olivia, Ryan, and Andrea.

I truly enjoyed being part of the Career Evolved program and community. The program helped me realize the self-limiting beliefs I'd blindly followed, and pushed me to look at myself from another perspective, as the successful and experienced professional I am. The program, the facilitators and the community they've built gave me the support when I needed it the most. It kept me busy, motivated and focused on the work I had to do for my development. I'd highly recommend Career Evolved to professionals looking to challenge themselves to reach the next level of their career, or those who're making a career change.

CareerEvolved pushed me to confront my limiting beliefs and forced me to accept the scary truth that ultimately catapulted me into larger success than I ever thought was possible for me. The team has been there for me for the long haul and I've made some incredible contacts and good friends along the way.

Career Evolved has been a complete game-changer for me! They helped me find my authentic voice and the right mindset to not only nail my interview but also negotiate a higher salary. The entire team and community provide incredible support, practical guidance, and genuine encouragement every step of the way. If you’re serious about elevating your career and building the confidence to go after what you deserve, I can’t recommend Career Evolved enough!
