I've recently started using Evolved Intelligence, which is part of the Career Evolved platform, and I have to say, I'm really impressed with what they're doing. Think about how most people look for a job. They search job boards, send out resumes, and hope someone gives them a call. Meanwhile, there are plenty of opportunities out there that never even get posted. That's what caught my attention about Evolved Intelligence. It helps you reach out to the right people, but not to ask them for a job. It's about starting conversations, building relationships, and getting on people's radar before they even have a position to fill. My goal is simple. When someone has an opening, I want to already be on their mind. Better yet, I'd love for them to think of me before they even consider posting the position. What I like is that the platform helps me put together outreach that feels personal and genuine, rather than another generic message someone will probably ignore. I'm still pretty new to it, so I'm not going to pretend I've been using it for years or that it's already landed me my next opportunity. But I really like the concept and the direction it's taking me. If you're looking to make a career move, I would definitely recommend checking out Career Evolved and Evolved Intelligence. There's a lot to be said for getting ahead of an opportunity instead of chasing it after everyone else knows about it.

Wow. It's hard to put into words what Career Evolved has done for me, and how much I appreciate them. It has changed how I look for my next role; my overall mindset towards my career; and honed my skills/toolset for doing the work of finding my next role. After my last layoff I was doom scrolling linkedin to try to find a role. Like a gerbil in a wheel cage and sisyphus pushing a rock up a hill, this got me nowhere. After Career Evolved training, a few weekly sessions with the community, and 1:1's with my coach, I was pointed in the right direction. After 30 days, I was following the Career Evolved Method, energized about my job search, and truly enjoying my search for what's next. At 60 Days, I felt like a new person. I had a small community of friends that I was looking for roles with and we were all following the Career Evolved Method. My coach was one of the most valuable pieces of the puzzle. For me, the big value in Career Evolved was changing what was a monotonous solo process that would get me down into a process full of conversations, possibilities, and genuine excitement. The community aspect of it was also immensely valuable. You'll be connected with people who are fighting the same fight to find a new role that excites them. Since joining and going through the program I've found a few roles, and am about to start a dream job that will move me from a "dot-com" to a "dot-org." I can't tell you how excited I am to join my new role and knock it out of the park To Olivia and the team: I can't thank you enough in words. I joined Career Evolved in April 2026, and the experience has been incredibly valuable. Olivia is an absolute legend. She helped me craft my “XYZ statement” and, more importantly, understand how to clearly articulate the value I bring to an organization. One of the most valuable lessons was the “Doctor Framework”: before you try to sell anything, dig deep into the company’s pain. Understand what is really keeping the leadership team up at night, what problems they are trying to solve, and where the gaps are. Once you understand the pain, you can position your experience and value around what the company actually needs. That creates leverage and makes the conversation much more powerful. Olivia has a unique ability to help you see your own experience and strengths from a different perspective and communicate them in a much more compelling way. If you don’t want to navigate your career journey alone, I highly recommend working with Career Evolved. I’m very grateful for everything I’ve learned from Olivia and the team.

II came to Career Evolved right after being laid off from my most recent role of 6.5 years building the HR function of a growing organization. Coming into the program, I knew the 'rules of job search' had changed but I had no idea how much. The program provided the space for me to do some deep reflection on my value proposition. I knew I needed to build up my self-confidence but this program allowed me to do the deep work I had put on pause for years. Olivia is a genuine, empathic leader who inspires one to push through one's limiting beliefs. As an immigrant, I have had many limiting beliefs that shaped my thinking and had me stuck. Ryan is a great cheerleader who challenges you and provides new ways to approach one's job search, equipping you to 'own your story' and tell it well. Lastly but not least importantly, the CE community is a wonderful resource. Meeting with amazing seasoned professionals in a space where we are reinventing our corporate identities as we provide support for each other and celebrate successes is a true gift. I will continue to grow with the tools I have learned and intend to stay plugged into the community. Thank you!
