Absolute scam. Narcissistic leadership and I was asked to join a program that didn’t fully exist and never got my money back.
>> editing to state that I did not consume all the training. I have proof of that. And my coach hasn’t responded to me to finish the sessions. I’m not reaching out to Ryan, whoever that is. If you want this removed, process the refund. The launch to profit program isn’t even real. Olivia admitted that after I paid for it. The “market wasn’t ready for the program.” Her words.

Hi Alex. We’re genuinely sorry to hear that you feel this way. We take feedback seriously, and we always want every client to walk away feeling supported, equipped, and uplifted.
We do want to clarify a few important details so the full picture is understood by anyone reading:
• You completed all of the program’s sessions and coaching, including multiple group trainings.
• You also accessed and consumed the full library of delivered content, well beyond the baseline terms of the agreement.
• We have no record of you ever requesting a refund, and per the service agreement you signed, the program is non-refundable.
Our goal is never to argue, just to keep things transparent and real. If there’s something unresolved on your end, we’re here to talk it out directly and professionally. You can reach Ryan anytime at [email protected]
so we can address any concerns one-on-one.
We’re committed to integrity, growth, and delivering value. If there’s still a disconnect, let’s clear it up together.

It's important to disclose this is not a paying client, this individual scheduled a consultation call with us and we had to cancel the call and let him know that he is not a fit for our process and executive community.
Unfortunately, we have limited bandwidth and we need to protect the quality and integrity of our brand and executive community.
That means we are not a fit for everyone, but we do our best to leave everyone better than we found them.
We sent Mehemet, free resources and another program that is a better fit.
We wish him all the best on his job search.
Sincerely,
The Career Evolved Leadership Team

Complaint Filed With Arizona Attorney General Against Career Evolved
I have filed formal complaints with the Better Business Bureau and the Arizona Attorney General against Career Evolved and its owner, Olivia Gamber. A complaint with the Texas Attorney General is forthcoming—to shine a light on her deceptive practices and the gaslighting of consumers who dare to ask for their money back after she fails to deliver even basic contracted services. Because she is dishonest, every written response, including the one here, will be used to point out her patterns of lies to legal authorities, including that she provided "multiple" warm connections and that I did not get every penny back from her small, ineffective operation.
After she attempted to ruin my perfect credit, I successfully won a chargeback against Career Evolved by providing clear evidence that she had breached the contract. My goal now is to expose her pattern of deception, her lies about consumers who speak up, and the psychological manipulation she uses to avoid accountability.
Do NOT waste your money on Career Evolved. If zero stars were an option, that’s what I’d give. I gave the company a D rating in its own evaluation.
The program starts with elementary videos about “energy levels” and “telling yourself 100 positive things”—content better suited for a $30 self-help book than a $6,000 professional coaching engagement. These superficial modules must be completed before you can access the promised “warm introductions,” which are the program’s core selling point. But those introductions never came. Instead, I received a generic Excel list of LinkedIn contacts—most irrelevant to my field. It’s a classic bait-and-switch.
The coach assigned to me lacked the experience to support someone with 25+ years in senior-level marketing and communications. She was unprepared and added little value. LinkedIn services were not delivered until nearly three months into the engagement—far too late for a timely job search.
I also question the integrity of Career Evolved’s online reviews. On Facebook, some five-star reviews contain broken English and odd phrasing (“your service perfect an beautiful,” “niece and beautiful”), suggesting they may be fake. On Trustpilot, a sudden surge of glowing reviews in May 2025 appears timed to drown out negative feedback.
Career Evolved overpromises, underdelivers, and hides behind a no-refund policy even when it fails to provide core services. I urge other professionals to file complaints if they’ve been misled. The only way to stop this pattern is to expose it.

Career Evolved takes all feedback seriously, and we deeply value integrity, transparency, and the success of our clients. However, the claims made in this review are categorically false and misrepresent both the nature of our program and the outcomes of prior disputes.
To clarify:
The individual did not “win” a chargeback. In fact, they lost not once, but twice. All allegations were reviewed and found to be unsubstantiated by the financial institutions involved.
Career Evolved has fully cooperated with all regulatory bodies, including the Arizona Attorney General, and has submitted extensive documentation demonstrating that we delivered all services agreed upon in the contract, which included coaching sessions, LinkedIn optimization, and networking opportunities.
Our program is built on proven frameworks that have helped hundreds of professionals elevate their careers. The modules referenced in the review are foundational pieces of a broader, research-backed curriculum designed to shift mindset, strategy, and market positioning, all critical elements of career advancement.
The client’s coach is a highly experienced executive with a strong track record of supporting professionals at all levels, including senior leadership. Disparaging remarks about their qualifications are both inaccurate and unfounded.
The “warm introductions” referenced are facilitated based on individual engagement, strategy alignment, and industry fit. As documented, this individual failed to complete key parts of the program that enable these high-level networking opportunities. Despite this, Olivia still made multiple warm introductions for Daryl as discussed prior.
The claims about fake reviews are completely false. Our reviews come from real clients, and many of whom are repeat referrals and professionals who have successfully landed leadership roles in highly competitive markets. These accusations are defamatory and speculative.
We understand that not every client may be the right fit for our high-touch program, but we stand by our work, our team, and our results.
Career Evolved continues to empower professionals with honesty, excellence, and impact.

Career Evolved is not a serious company
Career Evolved is not a serious company. I logged in to a scheduled Zoom meeting with the company. The first red flag was the VP's camera was off. Second, they told me they did not have my linkedin profile after I had sent it to them 3-4 days earlier. Third, after about 30 seconds our zoom meeting crashed ( full disclosure: I read that zoom had an issue yesterday all around the US and so I was not totally surprised it crashed ). I logged back in and waited for 15-20 minutes but no one showed up. Again, technology problems happen. I expected to receive an email that apologized for the technology snafu and perhaps a request for a rescheduled meeting. That never happened and as of 45 minute after our scheduled meeting, I have not heard back from this company. A serious company that was invested in clients, potential clients, or staff would never let this happen. They would immediately reach out to reschedule if there was an issue or if they were disconnected from clients. This is a fake company. Do not waste your valuable time with a company that lacks professionalism.

It's important to note that Doug is not a customer and has written a review without experiencing our services directly. When I saw this review come through I immediately called Doug. I apologized for his experience, as this is not the standard for how we operate at Career Evolved. I also met with Doug on Zoom for one hour to serve him, add value, and share what we stand for at Career Evolved. We value relationships, trust, transparency, and impact in all that we do.

I had a very disappointing experience…
I had a very disappointing experience with Career Evolved. I was removed from the program without the opportunity to complete it, leaving me without a job and burdened with significant debt(7k) The went against the repayment plan I chose and did not to help me correct it. When I raised concerns, I was advised to drop out, and after voicing my dissatisfaction again, I was removed entirely. This experience has felt unfair and misleading, and I would not recommend this program based on my experience. It's all talk and bait. Her love for money and no real passion to see you succeed make a mess of the whole program.

We would like to provide factual clarification regarding this review. Ezenwa purchased the program and chose to finance it through a financial repayment agreement (loan) with a third-party financing company, independent of Career Evolved.
At one point, Ezenwa communicated extenuating circumstances that placed him in financial hardship. In response to his situation, Career Evolved offered a resolution to allow him to discontinue participation in the program and receive a credit for the unused portions.
This offer was made despite Ezenwa having signed a contractual agreement acknowledging that the program does not provide refunds.
However, Ezenwa declined this option and expressed his desire to complete the program, continuing to utilize the services beyond that date.
Unfortunately, the continued requests for a refund persisted, even after it was clearly explained that Career Evolved has no legal access to or oversight of the repayment terms agreed upon with the third-party financing company.
After repeated discussions and careful consideration, it was ultimately decided to discharge Ezenwa from the program to protect the integrity of Career Evolved’s Executive Community.
We are saddened by this outcome, as we understand Ezenwa’s significant need for the program’s benefits and the successful outcomes that so many of our clients experience.
At Career Evolved, we take great pride in our high success rate and remain committed to going above and beyond to support our clients throughout their journey. Weekly wins and successes are regularly celebrated in our group calls, reflecting the positive career transformations our clients achieve.
We respectfully stand by our program, its results, and our commitment to creating meaningful and lasting career evolutions for those who fully engage in the process.
Sincerely,
The Career Evolved Team

Overpriced. Overhyped. Under delivers.
Career Evolved's $5,000 program promises job placement within 3 months, but the reality is far from it.
Their success stories are outdated, often lacking dates to prove when these success stories actually occurred.
In fact, most of the success comes from candidates who were already quite successful and well-networked before joining—not from the program itself.
Expecting fast results in today’s job market, as they advertise, is unrealistic. Most members take several months to land a job, if they land one at all.
The program’s approach feels more like a toxic workplace than effective coaching. The coaches don't hide the dislike they feel towards the program members. The veiled attempts to be positive when they hate the program members is felt, even if they dawn on the professional mask.
It would not surprise me if behind the scenes Olivia + team criticize the program members because of how they address the audience during group coaching calls. That "hate you all" energy is felt even if they don't say it explicitly.
They rely on a repetitive “just do it” mantra that fails to address real concerns.
Like a parrot, some coaches just repeat the program concepts back as if there were a comprehension issue. No insights. No epiphanies. Just more of the same verbatim repetition of program concepts. No surprise, it doesn't lead to a breakthrough that leads to a lasting change.
The 1:1 coaching is often unhelpful, with no way for members to provide coach's feedback or escalate issues when coaches act unprofessionally.
One example: a coach was allowed to mistreat members for weeks, and no action was taken. That coach chose to leave voluntarily but it wasn't because her coaching style was flagged as mean spirited and unhelpful. She had this "I don't want to be here" energy that was so easy to notice.
Fake a smile is being practiced on both ends: coaches and the program members.
Their contract terms are one-sided, offering no refunds or guarantees, meaning there’s no incentive for them to improve the program or ensure candidate success. No exit interviews or feedback during the program on a weekly/monthly basis means they’re not aware of issues or even trying to learn from their mistakes.
The blame shift happens every week where Olivia + team say the problem is not the program, it's the people who don't follow the program.
They sure don't talk down to people during the sales calls but once you're in the program the illusion of being nice fades into the reality of "our way or the highway."
So many of the group coaching calls are often filled with negativity, where the coaches deflect blame onto the members instead of taking responsibility for the program's shortcomings.
Coaches also seem to lack energy and fail to motivate the group effectively, which makes the "win" calls feel more like venting sessions and a toxic workplace obligation than a supportive learning environment.
The course content itself is both minimal and outdated, with short videos that fail to provide real value or practical how-to steps.
Networking for job placement is covered in less than 30 minutes, yet it leaves out how to do it beyond a few written scripted examples.
If you’re looking to improve your social skills or networking skills, you’d be better off reading a couple of books than wasting thousands of dollars on this program.
In short, Career Evolved is not worth the investment.
The program’s inflated price and lack of tangible results make it a poor choice for anyone who needs to find their next role.

As the CEO of Career Evolved, I take our client success very seriously. I only have one client by the name of Victoria and she was someone I personally brought on my podcast, held several one on one calls with, and also went above and beyond the contract terms to keep her in the program much longer than the service agreement to support her.
With that said, the claims and attacks about our coaches and my own character are false and there are plenty of reviews and success stories to refute these claims.
We proactively survey every client at 45 days and we take deliberate action to any client issues as we measure the progress of every client.
I have been in this business for over a decade so you don't continue to grow and scale a business if you are not successful and consistent at serving clients.
We offer one on one support, and a unique strategy to every client. I can personally attest that we have quality executive coaches and transformational mindset coaches that I personally selected and would take coaching and counsel from.
I work with the best and we are committed to continuous improvement.
We offer 2 live sessions every week to offer proven strategies that are working in the current market. This is not a one size fits all solution.
The client ultimately must take responsibility to execute the strategy and show up coachable for them to see the results. We cannot do it for them.
For this reason we are very selective on who we invite in and who we bring into our executive community because that is critical to the continued success.
I can truly attest to the fact that anyone who shows up committed to our transformational program will leave much better than we found them.

If I could give it zero stars I would
If I could give it zero stars I would. Career Evolved uses predatory tactics to convince people to sign up for their coaching services and then does nothing more than provide a list of LinkedIn contacts. No proven record of success. There was no personalized career coaching and I never received the goods I was promised. No help with resume or LinkedIn pages. CE has no actual career coaching is primarily mindset. This is a scam business. BUYER BEWARE!
Response from Career EvolvedOct 5, 2024
This statement is false and everything we do in our 1 on 1 sessions with our executive clients is customized to their needs. The Career Evolved team is staffed with strategic advisors and C-Suite executives. This client was delivered the online training, access to sessions, and even utilized part of the services that were purchased.
After reviewing our records of this client's engagement in our program in March of 2024 it is clear that this client was not fully committed to the work required to achieve success in our proven system. When the client emailed me directly stating the program was not working, I quickly identified gaps in the execution of the process with the target market and messaging being used with our strategy. I then offered to get on a call with the client. The client did not take me up on this offer to help her and chose to give up on the process after only 2 sessions. When someone is trying to make a big breakthrough and career change they must be prepared for the commitment level required because no one can do the work for them. With that being said, I was willing to negotiate a partial refund with this client to reach a fair resolution. The client felt they were owed the entire refund even after signing a client agreement that clearly states there are no refunds. Since this incident, we have put even more processes in place to properly vet our clients before allowing them into our executive community because the commitment level is a critical variable needed for success in the Career Evolved process. We have also added additional staff to continue to stay on top of our clients to ensure they are moving forward properly in the process to optimize our client success metrics.

This company is a total scam
This company is a total scam! From the moment I signed up, I got bombarded by the rep. Red flags started going up when I attended the meeting and got very vague information that the rep kept spinning for over an hour. This disgusting company prays on the weak! There are countless reviews on them taking thousands of dollars without delivering the services. STAY AWAY!
Response from Career EvolvedFeb 19, 2024
We have no record of this person using our services. We have reached out directly to this person to have them reach out to customer support to provide more information.
This service is certainly not for everyone and not everyone is in the mindset to invest in themselves and commit to a deep behavior transformation process needed to achieve that career breakthrough. That's okay we will continue to serve those who value the process and are ready for us.
We wish you all the best.
