CE provided me with excellent support and coaching. I had amassed over 30 yrs of very successful professional experience before contracting with CE, and I still learned a lot of valuable nuances and angles that "upped" my networking and interviewing game. Having the CE team (Olivia and Ryan) and the CE community in my corner made going through an unplanned transition much easier. I can also honestly say CE provided me with decisive coaching, guidance and support that directly led to me securing my new role and achieving my transition objectives. I am very excited about the new chapter of my career! I would enthusiastically recommend CE to anyone.

Working with both Ryan and Olivia, was a game changer after being fired in late July of 2025. With this being the first time in my adult life of being fired, I figured just applying on all the job boards was the way to go and I would find employment quickly. Unfortunately, that was not the case, because the job market had changed and I needed to change with it. That's where Career Evolved stepped in! The teaching that Olivia gives to rebrand yourself, and the mindset change that goes along with that, was what I needed to land my next career opportunity. Being able to reach out to Ryan whenever I needed to bounce ideas off of him, and for him to help guide me when I was unsure of what direction to go is invaluable, and something I will never forget. I had a really great experience with Career Evolved. Olivia and Ryan are genuinely good people who care about what they do and who they help. You can feel their experience right away, and they are always responsive and easy to work with. What I appreciated most was the way they approach a job search. I worked with Ryan on the Career Elevation program, which I know Career Evolved owns. My issue involved positioning and branding. I knew how to drive results, but my production was being taken advantage of rather than being used to position me with the right leaders who could help me reach the level I knew I was ready for. Being branded as a leader with a "specialty" did not showcase my holistic value, and I knew it was hindering my growth and development. Working with Ryan taught me how to translate my production into strategic positioning for the right leaders, which ultimately secured the role I was aiming for. However, now that I have these tools and relationships established, I'm already thinking about what's next, even though I just landed, because I know the secret sauce of what it takes to achieve my goals

Olivia is the real deal. I was a part of Olivia's program and have also worked with her. She is a powerhouse of a leader and incredibly generous with her time and energy. My journey took a bit longer but she continued to support me and was instrumental in helping me land my new role. I wouldn't have been able to do it without her. I walked away with a whole new mindset, new skill set in navigating the job market and most importantly an incredible network of new friends. I've worked with alot of coaches- Olivia is a master at what she does and operates with a very high level of integrity. Like any other coaching program- you get what you put in. If you're ready to go all in- Olivia is the person you want next to you!

Absolute scam. Narcissistic leadership and I was asked to join a program that didn’t fully exist and never got my money back. >> editing to state that I did not consume all the training. I have proof of that. And my coach hasn’t responded to me to finish the sessions. I’m not reaching out to Ryan, whoever that is. If you want this removed, process the refund. The launch to profit program isn’t even real. Olivia admitted that after I paid for it. The “market wasn’t ready for the program.” Her words.
