Career Confidence helps clients showcase their unique military experience and translate military jargon into a language that civilians can understand to ensure they stand out among other candidates.Her team of primarily veterans, military spouses, and military brats are dedicated to helping military service members transition into the civilian workforce. has worked with both enlisted and officers from every military branch and across a wide range of Military Occupational Specialty (MOS). And they are dedicated to helping military service members transition into the civilian workforce.They say business isn’t personal, but in my case, it is (in the best way possible!). A bit about me—I started my Career Confidence after being a military brat. I wanted to serve those who have spent most of their lives serving this great country and world.

Career Confidence is beyond impressive!
Cassie took my muddled attempt at a military to civilian resume and made it an easy to consume product for civilian employees. Service, Expertise, and Value beyond price
Don't let the hesitancy over cost deter you from considering Career Confidence and their resume services. To me it seemed like a lot of money, but so far it's been worthwhile. Cassie and her team understand how to translate military experiences into descriptions that resonate with civilian recruiters and hiring managers. Cassie also cleaned up my LinkedIn profile with immediate results. Within 24 hours of her work, I received multiple inquiries and interview requests. All this and I haven't even used the tailored resume portion of the service yet.

Timely feedback
Working with Cassie and her team was an efficient and effective process. Any questions or concerns I had were answered immediately with detail explanations. I’ve been in the military more than 24 years so writing a resume was out of my wheel house let alone translating military terminology to civilian terminology. Worth every penny
I was initially apprehensive due to the cost, but it has been well worth it. Cassie is responsive and personable. She made the process a breeze. There was a mild hang up with a writer grasping some of the military terminology in my previous resumes and evaluations. Cassie was informed and handled things wonderfully, I couldn’t be happier with the service.
