Found some WONDERFUL care givers. And I did it in a relatively short time. Contacting potential candidates was easy through the messaging system. My only criticism would be that many potential hires use AI to generate a profile and many are not specific to candidate.

I attempted to sign up for a year with the idea I would be billed monthly. When I requested a refund just minutes after my card was charged for a full year. I was told Care.com does not provide full refunds. I was offered a partial refund. I had not planned on keeping the service for a year. I do not like the idea of Care.com, stating I had to pay for 30 days, whether I wanted to use the service or not. The site does not clearly state that you will be paying for a year up front if you choose the annual option. My fault for not double-checking. I looked for the additional money information and could not find it on the website before I clicked to purchase. Beware and know what you are getting into
