Process for creating job description, communication with candidates and scheduling was fantastic. Took the busy work and tracking off my plate. I would use Care.com over and over again. Found great candidates!

The web site is user-friendly. It is easy to create an account, and deactivate or keep it. The options for organizing applicants are useful. The thought that the applicants are at least partially vetted is reassuring when you are far away from your loved one. I have hired four individuals who were "as advertised" and worked out very well in providing companion care for an elderly relative.

Their priorities with keeping the nanny’s safe is really a game changer! They immediately delete profiles that are suspicious and send messages to warn you if they don’t meet the guidelines and then inform you to not contact them! It’s wonderful I’ve met so many amazing and sweet families through this app my friends from church even use it as well!

I needed a trusted adult and driver for a surgical procedure and applied for a one month subscription to Care.com. I had many qualified applicants and was able to start messaging someone right away with the subscription. It was more than paying a neighbor but a third of the price of getting a professional. I would use it again.

This website is terrible as a caregiver. I have used them for 10+ years and I’m finally completely done you hardly get responses even paying for premium and with five star ratings the app does not work very well - in fact, sometimes not at all.. and contacting customer service via phone and email are both nearly impossible.

I have been a cna on care.com since 2017 and ive by far had the best experience working off of the site. You can meet private families and set your own rates and schedule . I really wish i could be a marketing promoter for the company i would love to pass out flyers to private families in need of care. If you dont care for agencies try out care.com you wont regret it .
