Horrible, horrible site! Care.com doesn't even have an actual customer service line, they ONLY care about TAKING YOUR MONEY. They do not help with any questions or concerns, I've had to make multiple accounts because for some reason it wouldn't allow me to make my own account and you can't call anyone to help you because like I said they ignore their customers and don't even have a contact number. They are horrible and I wish there was another site I can use to find my jobs as I take this seriously.

Dog Care jobs posted were no more than 1 a week and those were at least 15-20 miles away. Complained via email and got a bog standard template response which didn't address the points I raised in my complaint. Total waste of money and dire service. Nobody seems to advertise much on there, nor do Care.com seem to advertise themselves very much! Wouldn't waste my hard earned cash on them ever again.

Totally misleading charges - don't use them! I signed up for, what I thought, was a one off, one month fee for my parents to find a carer. Having looked at my parent's bank statements this became a RECURRING VISA TRANSACTION, and they have now paid for 4 months. And the carer we found was an illegal immigrant (which we found out when my father took her to an NHS clinic and she was refused treatment)!

I cancelled my membership in June of 2017 via email as they do not have a customer service number listed. I just realized that they were still charging my credit card for almost a year now. After finally locating a phone number, I called and the customer service and the person on the phone said she will now cancel my membership and I wont be charged anymore. When asked what about my reimbursement of $39 per month x 11 months = $429, she said we can only refund you one month per policy. Seriously?! When I asked her when my last activity was on the account she replied - June 2017. So I said to her...see that is proof that I cancelled my membership as I have not logged in for 11 months. She said, per policy we can only refund one month :( I guess my only options at this point are to find every location in which to give Care.com a review and express my complete dissatisfaction with their customer service or I could try to submit a fraudulent claim with my banking institution. So FRUSTRATING!

I would give this service no stars if I was able to do so. The service is overpriced and though I recieved replies for care that was needed none of the carers responded to follow up emails. I managed to find carers using a free local Facebook page. As I had no luck I stopped using the site only to find that my credit card was automatically charged for another three month subscription without so much as a warning email. This is a terrible service and the management don't seem to care about customer service, as long as new customers continue to sign up and they can continue to make money for providing a substandard service. Update: After contacting care.com as suggested by their reply and going back and forth providing all the requested information I was told in a fairly generic email that they would stop billing me at my next renewal date (which I had already done) and said nothing about a possible refund for the current billing period, which is what I had specifically asked for. Another bad interaction with this company. I wish I had something better to say after following their suggestion but their poor customer service has only cemented my initial thoughts.

Terrible company .Over charges your credit card . Tried to sign up with the company for a 3 month subscription. ok 59.99. Click accept . And to my surprise . I get a automatic charge for 118 dollars for "combined check Plan". No way to cancel no one answer .What a terrible way to do business. No where on the sign up page it explains any thing. How can you show 59.99 at check out and then get a charge for triple the amount.

Absolutely awful. One caretaker had a terrible Criminal record and most of the other women wanted to be paid in cash to avoid losing welfare benefits. Terrible service.
