Care.com charged me to do a background check and could not locate me with my identity info to get it.done. I paid a membership fee or subscription fee to get jobs and it was a waste of money. I got a job on Sittercity for free. The website states join for free, but they will not let me respond to jobs I have applied too.

Hello! I use Care.com as a nanny. It is a legit site. I'm not saying it is great, I am just saying it is legit, meaning I have connected with families and have nannied for quite a few. But I have no idea what it is like on the family looking side. If anyone would like to speak to a real person on care.com, lives in my area and would like to hire a nanny for part-time work, my name is Sandra and I live in Hollis, NH (on Mass border - next to Nashua)! Look me up and message me! I downgraded to a free account. I did after I called them - you can find their number by searching "call care.com" - get human.com I think is the site that came up at the top and what was great was that it even told me to press 3. They held my place in line and gave me a call back and were able to help me out. I hope I can still send applications with the free account! The lady confused me a bit, so I am not sure what will happen. But for now, I have premium account and will have it for a few days more. So, contact me now! :) Kind regards, Sandra

Ongelooflijk, een site die met care begint maar eigenlijk beter met corrupt begon. Kijk uit want je krijgt lucht voor je geld. Ze stelen je gegevens. Zo maken ze profielen aan die zogezegd hulp zoeken. je kan je upgraden of downgraden??? nergens kan je dit. Je kan nog niet eens je profiel verwijderen of je wachtwoord veranderen. https://www. https:// care.com contact.be 8772273115 die trouwens nu rechts in je scherm te lezen is !!!! Is steeds bezet en indien niet antwoord er niemand. dit bestaat niet eens dus je kan met niemand in contact komen. je belt naar een antwoordapparaat dat klik zegt, en dan eindeloze stilte aan de andere kant ook niet in het Engels hoor. er bestaat geen knop contact!! dus je kan hem ook niet aanvinken. Bij interesse kunt u in contact treden met de sollicitanten, daarvoor gebruikt u het betaalde gedeelte van de website. Indien je dit ook aan de hand hebt doe een aangifte bij het meldpunt van de FOD. Was unaware that you are billed every 3 months and when my husband died, I wasn't aware of the quarterly billing. They refused refund. I was never able to use the service, because my husband never came home from hospital. Also, it was very difficult to actually talk to a person.

Man skal virkelig se sig godt for, når man tegner et abonnement hos Care.com. Flere gange står der med meget store bogstaver, at man køber 1 måneds abonnement, og med meget små bogstaver langt nede i bekræftelsesmailen, at beløbet bliver trukket kontinuerligt, til man selv opsiger abonnementet. Jeg opdagede desværre efter 4 måneder, at beløbet blev trukket hver måned, efter at jeg troede, at jeg havde købt 1 måneds abonnement. Og man kan selvfølgelig ikke få refunderet noget, selvom man ikke har brugt deres service. Man skal så klikke sig igennem ret mange sider, for endelig at få afmeldt sit abonnement. Suk, hvor føler jeg mig bondefanget.

I received a message from a Lucia jammes saying she was moving to my area and was looking for a nanny. I sent her an e mail and the following day I start receiving e mails from Netflix and PayPal saying my details need updating!! I then get another job request on care.com from a guy saying he is moving to my area. He leaves his telephone number and asks if I’ll message him in WhatsApp!!! So then they gave my telephone number and my e mail address and if I was stupid they would also have access to my passwords!!!! Great opportunity for scammers!!! Learnt my lesson... cancelling today!!!

If I could give a no star rating I would! I have been trying to contact them for 2 weeks now about cancelling a subscription before the payment comes out & no response. Not only that, when you contact people about jobs noone replies! Is this website even real?!
