Its not "free". So what you can post an ad and get a response? Whats the point if you can't reply to the response or application without paying? You don't even know if the person responding to your ad is real and simply not soliciting an upgrade payment to reply. As far as I am concerned its a Scam. Good luck to them.

I would give 0 stars If I could. I've been on this website since I was about 14 give or take. Initially I was part of the Care community as a caregiver (babysitter, dogwalker, etc). I would apply to countless job opportunities, and would wait by my computer hopeful that someone would choose me. I have maintained this since I was 14, and am now 21 (with my own child, but i'll touch on that in a minute). As I gained more experience and knowledge and certifications, it still didn't make sense that I wasn't being selected for jobs. So I gave Care a break, until recently as I am a mother now and I need to find babysitters for my son sometimes. So if you don't know, there are member packages you can purchase for various "promotions" so that you appear more when people search for babysitters, and other things. But not only is the babysitter not able to message the person who posted the job (other than their initial "application"), but the parents aren't even able to read the full message, nor are they able to respond. This is a scam, these people are con artists, and I'm glad to say I deleted my account.

If I could only leave negative stars. One vindictive and mentally ill daughter of a client with an exceptionally dysfunctional family who has made it her sole purpose in life to try to do as much damage to my business as possible posted fake reviews on my homecare company and despite the fact that I was a paying customer of care.com, they have no process in place to hear a dispute about a damaging and provably false review. All it would take would be for the reviewer to provide a cancelled check or invoice from me to prove that they did business with me but since the whole thing was a lie and there was absolutely nothing other than fantastic service provided, she would not post under her name due to very dysfunctional family dynamics. She would not want her sister to know she did it because she was already in trouble with the family, the dynamics difficult enough to cause us to ask them to find another agency. 'Bad' sister wanted to steal my aides and I prevented her doing so, so in retaliation she really has gone above and beyond with her vindictiveness. Care.com will allow people to damage your business with not procedure in place to handle disputes or to dispute that reviewers were actually your customers.

If I was able to leave a half star I would. This companies customer service is absolutely horrible. They deleted my account for no reason after 4 years and no complaints against me. Then will not tell me why or let me speak to a supervisor. A supervisor has refused to call me and help me through this. Do not use this app at all. They do not care about the people using it at all!!!

Horrible company. Horrible customer service. Just all around the worse website I ever used. Waste of time and for sure waste of money for the membership

Zeer misleidend abonnementsoverzicht en opzeggen wordt niet doorgevoerd wanneer je dit per mobiele website doet. Ik heb dit tot 3 x toe gedaan maar nooit een email gekregen. Nu erg veel geld betaald voor iets waar ik nooit gebruik van heb gemaakt.
