Care.comReviews of care.com

An absolute basement operation scam. Try to cancel your membership and see how difficult it is. Call their customer care number and be put on hold indefinitely. No local dog walkers answered my ad, only ones who lived far away. I ended up paying dog walkers more for a 20 minute walk than for putting them into a doggy daycare for the entire day! I found out that my ad was discontinued after 3 weeks while I was paying for an entire month. I would never recommend this service to anyone, and I have only left a handful of bad reviews in my entire lifetime.

Perte d’argent, jamais aucunes annonces et réponses reçues malgré les dizaines de mail envoyés. Arnaque

Horrible useless service, did not find anyone after a long time of searching and lots of messages sent. Moreover, cancelling your account is made so difficult that I thought I had succeeded, only to discover a few months later that I hadn't. Far too expensive for what it is, stay away from this site.

I was sexually harassed and bashed for being a Bible believing Christian by my former employer's husband. I walked out after it happened and wanted to report it to Care.com but it was after hours. The next morning I had an 8am doctors appointment and then had to head straight to my other job. Long story short, because I work during business hours and my former employer's are rich and dont work at all, they had time to right a false report about me. After 10 years of working with Special Needs patients from Care.com, all who left outstanding reviews and recommendations, I have been removed from the Care.com community. This company is trash.

This company will steal your money and you won't get anything from its service. We paid $50 to access the site just to be able to view what was being offered. What they don't tell you is that they will continue to take money each month. They are thieves and criminals. Don't be scammed.

I joined this site as I offer an excellent service. I am caring, trustworthy, reliable and put all of my love into the work I do. I had a couple of good leads from the site, and then to boost my rating, I paid to do the background check. I had a traffic infraction from 6 years ago and without explanation they closed my account. There is no human to reach out to to offer an explanation. This crap company should either state that any traffic tickets will result in closing your account despite an otherwise exemplary background report. Or how about let the people looking to hire decide for themselves whether a traffic ticket matters to them when hiring.

I'm trying to register but it doesn't accept my email and password. I thought I was registered already but still can't log in. What happened? I wanted to find any work or part time in here but I can't log in or register.

To any one who's thinking about using the site, don't because I was with them for years and all of a sudden they closed my account for no reason with no explanation! I depended on them for a job and now I can't get a job! Do not use the site they are very unprofessional! It's a shame how they just close your account for no reason!
