Horrendous company.Scam artists. Billed my mother (who is 94) for a whole three months we will not use. (4/1 - 6/30/20). They won't refund, even though I tried on 3/30/20 before this quarter even began. My mother now can't pay me back and I am unemployed due to corona virus.

Angella Paterson was with us for several years as a night sitter to my father. She never missed a day of work and always arrived on time. Got along very well with the family. Highly recommend her!

I hired Michelle H. to pet sit. She came to my home months prior to interview and receive information about the job. We communicated right up to the day I left for my vacation. SURPRISE ... she never showed up to care for my cats. She never called. She never texted. She never responded to my calls or texts. I contacted Care.com. They did absolutely nothing. They cared nothing about the person who represented their company in such a disreputable way. I would never recommend Care.com to anyone.

I was not able to find an qualified care giver on this site. Once you enter your credit card information it does not allow you to delete it. When you try to delete your personal information (as they tell you to do in order to delete your account) it will not delete. This company is not ethical and cannot be trusted.

I've worked as a nanny/babysitter of over 10 years with extensive experience. I've been using care.com to find jobs since 2013 and recently found that i've been terminated for NO REASON. I've had great reviews from families and no criminal record! The customer service is horrid. How can you terminate someone just because? This is unethical and makes me feel that discrimination plays a big role!! Someone needs to check this company!!

Honestly, I’ve only found one or two caretakers that were good. Otherwise it was really a crapshoot. Also, unknowingly, I was being charged $40 per month for MONTHS even though I canceled the subscription. I would not recommend this service.

CARE.COM FRAUDENTLY CHARGED MY CREDIT CARD FOR MONTHS AFTER I'D FINISHED MY ONE-MONTH SUBSCRIPTION I placed a post on Care.Com in August for a one-month subscription to find a part-time nanny. We were lucky enough to find a wonderful nanny from Peru. However, a warning to you all: even though I signed up for a one-month service at an introductory special rate and then I carefully disabled the service/subscription within that month - Care.Com started billing me $45 every month since! Yes, I should have checked my credit card monthly to check that no one was ripping me off. One I saw the massive charges for months for a service I didn't want nor agree to, I raised with Care.Com and they told me this is what I signed up for. So I contacted my bank to report the conduct of Care.Com and my bank agreed that they had fraudently charged my credit card. My bank very efficiently refunded all of the charges (after the one-month subscription) to me. Care didn't agree they'd done anything wrong, but one of the big four banks in Australia did. Sucked in care.com. Dishonest business practices will always bite you in the butt, especially in this age of honest online customer feedback.As many other former users of this business have said in these reviews, these people are unscrupulous and they certainly do NOT CARE about fleecing your money.

All of our subscriptions auto renew until set to cancel and this is clearly outlined at the time of purchase before selecting a subscription. I am not able to apply for jobs through care.com. a former client embarrassed me on care.com. she was being very racist and rude. Instead of bumping client off for racism. I was bumped out of their system and can no longer apply for jobs.
