There is nothing good about this site. I found only terrible nannies, it is way too expensive, and they will continue to charge you even after you cancel. Beware for your childrens' safety and your bank account.

We had a terrible experience with care.com. The people who are on this site are not trustworthy . Use your time and money elsewhere!!!

Ik was op zoek naar een onthaalmoeder dus ik zet m'n vacature online. Op dag 1 kreeg ik twee berichten van zogezegd geïnteresseerden. Omdat je natuurlijk pas kan reageren op hun berichten, moet je een premium lid zijn. €35/maand en uiteraard geprobeerd (al twee reacties op de eerste dag, waarom zou ik het niet doen zelfs?). Bleken twee fake profielen te zijn die niet eens antwoorden, gsm-nummer werkt ook niet. Sindsdien geen enkele reactie meer gekregen. Snel lidmaatschap opgezegd, want ze werken uiteraard ook met automatische incasso! Fake site! Fake profielen! Geldklopperij!

I HATE CARE.COM. THEY ARE SO RUDE ITS NOT EVEN FUNNY. THEY WOUDLNT LET ME ON THEIR WEBSITE BECAUSE IM UNDER 18. I WAS GOING TO HAVE MY PARENTS MAKE AN ACCOUNT SO I COULD BE A SUMMER NANNY BUT NOOOO. CARE.COM IS STUPID.

Rip off artists. It is impossible to cancel your membership and they just keep charging you their high rates. DO NOT JOIN THIS GROUP!!

The automatic billing monthly even after you have designated a one-month only membership is underhanded and shameful. The customer support is also not very good -- hard to get through. They don't handle email addresses properly and you cannot log in after you have cancelled a previous membership to sign up under a new agreement.

This is my third review of care.com And hopefully the last after what happened today Care.com is super unprofessional and covering for their own company for the wrongs they are doing. They not only removed me for no reason but have still denied me to speak to a manager not only did they do this they sent me an email Today saying they made this decision and it’s final.Which is the same email 2 other people I know got for also being kicked off for no reason. This is a company I thought had integrity I would hear reviews like this and I never believed them till it happened to me and families I work for. They can’t give reasoning but will give you a list as to why, the list didn’t apply to me at all and then they repeat we Can remove you for no reason. I’m so disappointed in this company and hope that this news will spread so we all can put a stop to this. but it’s very unfortunate how they are acting. Zero integrity at all. If I were you and your looking into care.com please Please please think twice and or help put a stop to this. I have all the best in mind and don’t want other sitters to end up dealing with something like this Nor do I want families to go through this and not be able to find childcare. -

They charged me $49 each month for almost 9 months. For the service that never used. My big mistake! I created the account and after not finding ANY available nannies, I ended up founding a babysitter through my friend. It sucks when you found out they charged you for a service that you never used!
