Unethical and morally wrong to have auto renew. They don’t make it clear when they charge you and also not even courtesy email to warn about renewal charge. Pathetic and bad service. I should have reviewed these reviews before subscription to them. What a farce company. Someone should take them to court about these unethical practices.

So angry that they have unknowingly been charging me for a year and won’t refund. They make money by relying on parents being too busy and stressed to downgrade memberships and send no alerts. Even pointing out I haven’t been on their site for a year made no difference.

This site is terrible. You can’t communicate with anyone without paying first, and if it doesn’t work out, they won’t issue a refund. This company is ONLY interested in making as much money as possible, and nothing else.

Så ærgerligt at man først efter at have søgt efter folk får at vide, at det koster penge at skrive til dem. Jeg tænker, at det er derfor, at mange der søger job ikke hører tilbage fra folk når de skriver til dem. Og når man læser anmeldeleserne her har man bestemt ikke lyst til at tilmelde sig noget abonnement.

I was desperately looking for jobs last year so I signed up for Care.com because it's look genuine with many ads looking for babysitter. Turns out after signing up , I never get a job , not a single one and I have become inactive and forgot about this site. Unknowingly , they have been charging me every 3 months since last year , no invoice no notifications no nothing , and I have been robbed for an amount of $420 ! This is just not fair for a financially struggling student like me , and Care.com just billed me out for my hardwork money. I have been trying to contact them but there is no way . I have seen few people giving a feedback here , I think we are in the same boat. Lets fight for our rights together. We should file a lawsuit on this. Please contact me if you're interested

Awful. Just awful. I have used the site before, and had an immediate need to use it again. I went online to upgrade my account and had to do it several times before it went through. Then I posted my job. After several days it is still pending. There is NO WAY TO CONTACT anyone, and the website is ridiculous. It was honestly the most frustrating experience I have had with a website/company in recent memory. Just awful and frustrating, completely and utterly frustrating.
