such a big fraud, they have such a wired policy for Auto renewal. I got email in 2019 that they are unable to charge my card and in order for me to continue with membership, i need to update my credit card. But at that point after the email i did not wanted to continue. i just realized that they been charging my credit card for this many years,every quarterly. This is just a big scan and fulling their customers.

As with many reviews on this site I joined for 3 months. At no point did they make it clear that the subscription was reoccurring. They then took three more subscriptions from my card. When I spotted it and went on their site you cannot delete the card only change the membership. Not recommend

Terrible. I wish i hadnt wasted my money but my friend recommended. They just did one of those auto charges on credit card and their site doesnt allow a bad rating and goes to error page. I usually research everything .. .my mistake. So sad so many bad businesses out there.

Absolutely terrible company and customer service. We found a caregiver who lasted for about a week. Nice kid but he need full time work (not his fault) I hadn't logged into the app and was able to find another care giver. Difficult to downgrade account and they will not refund your account for services not used. Biggest crock of BS company I have ever seen. Not only do i have to pay for something I'm not using I was unable for find someone for 2 months and had to pay for it.

Worst company I ever had to deal with! They make it impossible to cancel your subscription and contact them. I will challenge their charge on my credit card.

If I could give zero stars, I would. This company was useless in helping me, when I signed on for one month. I emailed and told them to close my account in answer to an email that asked how I liked their service. They said sorry to see you go but kept billing us for years, even though they provided no service. Don’t sign up with this company. It is a billing scam!!!! They prey on people who are looking for help. Please use other resources!!!!!

To those parents who may consider Care.com as a forum to connect you with quality service providers, I would urge you to read the Better Business Bureau complaints. Care.com will indeed allow you to see profiles of qualified sitters/nannies. However, the company will also lure customers in with promises of promotional rates, only to make downgrading or canceling your account very difficult. The result will likely be unauthorized charges for month after month.
