I am looking for work paid for the background check, paid for the subscription, and two weeks later I still can't apply for any positions because the status of my background status is delayed. Very unsatisfied, and have emailed them and have gotten no help, and they say it takes 1 -3 days. I'm way past that.

I love this App. I have been able to get good quality families. We can find each other by our specific needs and safely communicate. They have the assurance that I am a quality caregiver from my security check. My first family was for 7 years. My next for 5 years. And starting a new one in Thursday. The App has a few technical problems but t nothing that stops me from communicating with new families.

there were many providers available with clear descriptions if their skills and availability. being able to see reviews from former clients is also helpful. the connecting process felt secure. and we found a great caregiver!
