While the app is great about putting people in front of you, th user aspect needs some work. It is still a very basic construct, and you cant really do your "work" on it. It did serve its purpose, and we were able to find help, which was great. It just isnt the smoothest on either side of it as a care seeker or care taker.

The platform allowed us to search for candidates who met exactly what we were looking for, and it was simple to review profiles, schedule interviews, verify references, and complete background checks all in one place. After welcoming our newborn, finding someone trustworthy and reliable was one of our biggest priorities. We were able to connect with several qualified caregivers and quickly found someone who was a great fit for both occasional babysitting and our longer-term childcare needs. The convenience, transparency, and variety of experienced caregivers gave us peace of mind during such an important time for our family. I would definitely recommend Care.com to other parents looking for dependable childcare, whether they need occasional help or ongoing care.

I have been using Care.com and finding great jobs since 2019/2020. Im very happy with the site and their services. Connecting with prospective families is very easy and convenient. They even help with payroll services. I am very happy with being a part of the Care.com community. I cant say enough great things about this site.

They say a monthly charge, and then bill the entire amount, non-refundable. They are not clear in their information. Everything is vague. Will not recommend and will not ever use. The website is not user friendly. This is a BUYER BEWARE SITE.
