useless service, people don't respond to ads

Signed up as was looking for a carer for my son who is disabled. Contacted by carers but then had to upgrade my membership to be able to contact the "people" who had responded to my ad. Not one single person got back to me. I then read the reviews on here - oh how I wish I'd done more research before signing up. Have contacted my bank and told them what has happened and am getting a new bank card in order to stop them being able to take any further payments from me. Utter crooks. Avoid avoid avoid

Useless service. Zero rating. The sad thing is that professionals/service providers do not know that even though they pay for their services to be shown and presented. The people who are looking for them cannot see their details till such time they do not pay. I am sure like myself, many are put off and do not bother going any further and the poor professional/service provider unknowingly are being charge annually and not having their adverts getting any viewing. DO NOT use this service, total rip-off

They do not have a live person to call and refer you to email. They do not answer their email in a timely manner. I would avoid using them because it is so important to be able to speak to someone when a problem arises.

Rosemite "Rose" Salomon worked for us for 11 months. She was hired to take care of my husband with ALZ, but she actually helped me just as much! She has a wonderful work ethic, being punctual, reliable and always going the extra mile. Besides handling my husband's demanding needs, she cleaned and cooked, becoming my right hand. Her positivity, tenderness and encouraging spirit infused all she did with/for us. We were very blessed to find her on this website.

I filled out my profile and they billed my card. Then I got the notice that my application was not accepted. There's a button to click to request an explanation. Of course, I clicked it. (Who wouldn't??). Admin did NOT email an explanation. Under their FAQs it says to check spam. There was no email. I called a phone number that I found online and they said they do not handle any inquiries over the phone and to send an email. I emailed them TWICE asking why my profile was denied. I waited ten to twelve days between requests for explanation and how to get a refund. NO RESPONSE. I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau. This is awful.
