Worst customer experience ever avoid this company as plague they charge you sneaky fees they never tell you about.

They will autobill your credit card and not provide any refund including for the unused period. I forgot to cancel it (ok my fault) and then as soon as I noticed on my credit card I went to cancel but I still had to pay for that month instead of getting a refund for the unused portion of the cycle (which was nearly a full month). Could've been nice and left me a satisfied customer but instead I'm angry and won't be using them again.

I don't think I approved it but did not notice right away that they had started charging my card $39 a month. This is a scam company and should be investigated by the government.

This company is one of the worst to work with. They provide no contact if should have a problem and there are problems. I canceled my service 6 weeks in advance and they pulled another payment from my account. I had tried this company in the past and I had the same thing happen. Like I said you can not contact the company if you have problems. I would not use this company again. Not trustworthy at all.

Terrible website. They didn't have any people who fit what I was looking for, but I couldn't find out until I paid a lot of money. I cancelled immediately.

APRIL 2022 UPDATE THEY CONTINUE TO CHARGE MY CREDIT CARD EVEN THOU I HAVE AN EMAIL FROM THEM ACKNOWLEDGING CANCELLATION LAST MONTH! DONT TRUST THEM. STAY AWAY Terrible company. Their referrals to our child care center were a scam. They make you pay an annual fee and then $50 upfront to just get a parent referral which they assure you are legit. I have spent over $500 for their "screened and valid referrals" and not one parent referral has even come in to tour. The referrals dont even return calls. We have had issues from the start and the service has NOT PROVIDED any benefit to my company. My last email to them . One more bit of info as you asked ME to HELP make your company better. Your company SHOULD calculate the lost revenue of how many clients dont sign with you in contrast with refunding the rest of my annual fee. I have run businesses for close to 30 years and its much better to part ways amicable when services are not up to par than to create an enemy who will bad mouth you at each turn. Im very active in many day care groups and child care council and community groups. Pass this along to your management. If it reaches a true manager who is responsible for bottom line earnings, Im sure they would agree. Worst service ever. It is like using trademe to place an ad (which is expensive anyway) to find out that in order to see responses to your ad you have to pay another fee. Considering going to the commerce commission.

Une arnaque! je fais mes recherches, ça dit qu'il y a 3 gardiennes pour enfants tout près de chez moi, et que les trois ont été actives «aujourd'hui». Je prends donc un abonnement afin de pouvoir leur écrire, et une fois fait, les trois n'ont même pas lu mon message! donc, faux profils, j'ai écris à care disant que je voulais un remboursement, et j,ai eu une réponse qu'il ne faisait aucun remboursement! Je paye, j'ai personne à moins de 10 KM pour venir garder quand on me fait croire le contraire et vous ne me rembourser pas!? Je suis très fachée de tous ces gens qu'ils doivent arnaquer! Je suis au Québec.
