You guys are bloody thieves! I've contacted chubb insurance and they confirmed that care.com use their name for fraudulent activities and charge people under false name. NOBODY SHOULD EVER USE CARE.COM FOR ANY REASON! They will continue to charge your credit card with a different identity! One of them is called chubb insurance!

Care.com is a total scam. They do not consider the California’s Automatic Renewal Law. You are not notified of any automatic payments being deducted from your account. Yes, I was under the assumption (made a huge mistake) of being charged a one-time subscription fee. I tried the service and was un-able to find reputable child-care via their services, after three cancellations from care-givers, I again assumed that I cancelled my subscription via the online portal. After more research, I..lol..found that they have collected monthly fees for the past 15 months...lol..without any notifications of "your monthly subscription is being renewed". The charges will keep coming on your card, there are NO REFUND options and the Care givers are killing, harming and unreliable for your love ones...google it.

I paid for a year's subscription then suddenly couldn't access my account. My email did not exist. Customer service requires you login in order to even submit a ticket, at which they say they will email you within 48 hrs with a response—that was a week ago. No response. I created a new account in order to just send them a help ticket (proof my old account was closed for no reason since I used the same email address) and, guess what, it asks me to upgrade, again. What a scam.

What everyone else is saying about the company is very true. Not only will they take $37 every month, if you send too many messages they will lock you out of the site. If you try and cancel they will offer you the same service for $10 A MONTH. That’s 75% off if you just cancel your account. Not only will they not offer a refund for gift cards or monthly subscription due to their iron-clad disclaimers, but another bold disclaimer of theirs is THEY ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANYTHING THAT HAPPENS while your child is in the care of someone on their site. It is up to you to perform your own background checks, so budget for background checks and a good lawyer should you take them up on that huge discount to stay. I will edit to add the message below is for online optics only. They will not respond to a message written to them, this code, not anything by a ding coming through on their bank app to let them know more money is in; big “Another one, thank you.” energy.

The worst !!! Beware they will steal your money they just keep taking it out of your credit card they took out seven times in one day off of my credit card then when I called they went oops and they just kept doing it they are thieves they just wanna keep charging you for every little thing not worth it trust me

Please do not waste your money with care.com...because if you sign up that is exactly what you will be doing wasting your money. I was looking for elderly care, and the whole experience was absolutely frustrating , I was enrolled for 4 days and they refused to refund my year subscription. Please do yourself a favor and look for help elsewhere.

Care.com it’s changed lots in the last 5 years in worse! The UK site it’s poor organised and it’s keen just to get your money quickly. Otherwise I was unable to open my Premium account because I have had troubles with my registration email. I was forced to delete this email but it was nightmare to change all my details on the site. I couldn’t change my password for a new email account because the site couldn’t promptly sending me an email to confirm my new password. I’ve asked them several times a password for my new email and I couldn’t change this temporary password into a permanent one because their site doesn’t work! Even I couldn’t confirm my new email address because they didn’t generate a response email for it! I’m disappointed and I will never pay again to Care.com for useless services.
