I hired a caregiver from Care to come on Sunday Mornings. She came only 2 weekends and after that she would text me at 3 am on Sunday mornings that she wouldn’t be able to come because of some emergency. Initially I believed it but later on she wouldn’t even inform me. On top of it, she tortured me with some text messages. I reported all of this to Care and they did nothing other than wasting my time. They could have returned my subscription fee just as a courtesy for everything I had to go through. Care simply kept saying refund is not our policy. So basically this company is “ hire from our site but at your own risk”
