Lacretia is a most pleasant and compassionate person. Good communicator and attentive to my needs. She arrived on time at my home and accompanied me to an appointment at Mayo. Safe driver. If available, I’ll contact Lacretia for future appointments.

Colleen was really great to work with. She went above and beyond what we asked. For example, she brushed our dog a great deal and sent us pictures of him around the house and on his numerous walks. Our dog Magnum was obviously taken great care of, because he showed no signs of stress on our return. It's like we never left. So much better than a kennel. Colleen gets my highest reccommendation.

I liked the background check information. The site is hard to navigate. I can’t find how to let others know the job is filled.

Care.com is a great idea and a way to grow and supplement your income. The process to join is guided and help readily available. Safety is excellent and cautionary.

Have not used the service for over 7 years. Just saw they are still billing me an annual fee. Disputed with CC, Care.com came back to prove you canceled. I never even get an email from them; they just obviously try to bill you forever. Check out their Better Business Bureau rating of 1 out of close to 1000 bad reviews. Care.com sucks, really. I used them when my kids were little, one of their providers stole our CC.

The care providers I found on the site were good but beware that care.com automatically sets up autopay and they do not notify you when they are charging your credit card! It's just a way to scam you out of money!
